Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

Effective Date: July 11, 2026. If you previously used your Facebook account to sign in to ImmediateRide.com, you have the right to request the deactivation or permanent deletion of your ImmediateRide account and the associated personal information, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

Thank you for using ImmediateRide.com. This page explains how to request the deletion of your ImmediateRide account if you signed up using Facebook Login, and what happens to your data when your account is deleted. This page satisfies Meta's requirement that apps using Facebook Login provide users with a clear data deletion path.

At a Glance

  • Delete in-app — open Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Account Deletion.
  • Delete by email — contact privacy@immediateride.com or support@immediateride.com.
  • Your Facebook account is separate — deleting ImmediateRide does not delete Facebook.
  • Processing time — typically within 30 days after identity verification.

Option 1: Delete Your Account from Within ImmediateRide

You may permanently delete your ImmediateRide account at any time.

  1. Log in to your ImmediateRide account.
  2. Click My Account.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Open Privacy & Security.
  5. Click Account Deactivation & Deletion.
  6. Select Delete My Account.
  7. Confirm your request.

Your deletion request will be processed in accordance with our Account Deactivation & Deletion Policy.

Option 2: Request Account Deletion by Email

If you no longer have access to your ImmediateRide account, you may submit a deletion request by contacting us.

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Registered email address
  • Facebook email address (if different)
  • Your deletion request

Our team will verify your identity before processing the request.

What Information Will Be Deleted?

Subject to applicable laws, we will permanently delete or anonymize personal information including: profile information, contact information, profile photo, login credentials, saved preferences, messages (where legally permitted), ride history associated solely with your account, and device information associated with your account.

What Information May Be Retained?

Certain information may be retained where necessary to: comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, complete pending financial transactions, meet accounting or tax requirements, and enforce our agreements.

Examples include

Payment records, booking records, safety reports, fraud investigation records, and customer support communications.

Such information will only be retained for as long as reasonably necessary or required by law.

Facebook Login

Deleting your ImmediateRide account does not automatically delete your Facebook account. Likewise, removing ImmediateRide from your Facebook Apps & Websites settings does not automatically delete your ImmediateRide account. If you wish to delete your ImmediateRide account, please follow one of the methods described above.

Processing Time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days, although many requests are completed sooner. If additional verification is required, processing may take longer.
