Platform Operation
As the platform operator, 2-Nice Rideshare & Carpooling Transport Services Inc. is responsible for the end-to-end operation of ImmediateRide.com. This includes maintaining the technology marketplace through which independent ride providers and passengers connect, processing secure online payments, facilitating provider payouts, operating customer support channels, administering safety and GPS-assisted ride monitoring systems, developing and enforcing platform policies, and ensuring the overall integrity, reliability, and trustworthiness of the ImmediateRide marketplace.
Marketplace Role
ImmediateRide.com is a technology marketplace only. 2-Nice Rideshare & Carpooling Transport Services Inc. does not own transportation vehicles, does not employ ride providers, does not directly provide transportation services, is not a taxi company, limousine operator, bus company, shuttle operator, or transportation carrier. Transportation services are provided solely by independent ride providers who operate their own businesses.
Contractual Relationship
When you use ImmediateRide.com — whether as a passenger, ride provider, or visitor — you are entering into legally binding agreements with 2-Nice Rideshare & Carpooling Transport Services Inc. as the contracting party. All references to "ImmediateRide," "ImmediateRide.com," "we," "us," "our," or "the platform" throughout our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Ride Provider Agreement, Passenger Agreement, Marketplace Disclaimer, and all other legal documents shall be taken to mean 2-Nice Rideshare & Carpooling Transport Services Inc., its successors, and assigns.
Data Controller
Under applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), 2-Nice Rideshare & Carpooling Transport Services Inc. acts as the data controller for personal information collected, processed, and stored through ImmediateRide.com.
