2. Independent Ride Providers
Every transportation service listed on ImmediateRide.com is offered by an independent ride provider. Ride providers are solely responsible for: providing transportation services, operating their vehicles, driving safely, following transportation laws, maintaining insurance, vehicle maintenance, licensing, and regulatory compliance.
3. No Employment Relationship
Nothing on ImmediateRide.com creates employment, partnership, agency, franchise, or joint venture between ImmediateRide and any ride provider. Ride providers remain independent businesses or individuals.
4. No Transportation Carrier
ImmediateRide is not a taxi company, limousine company, shuttle operator, bus operator, transportation carrier, or courier service. ImmediateRide only provides the technology marketplace through which passengers and ride providers connect.
5. Booking Facilitation
ImmediateRide facilitates: booking requests, fare negotiation, booking confirmation, secure payment processing, and communication tools. The actual transportation agreement is between the passenger and the ride provider.
6. Fair Fare Negotiation
ImmediateRide does not determine transportation fares. Passengers and ride providers mutually negotiate and agree on the transportation fare before booking confirmation.
7. Provider Verification
ImmediateRide may offer optional verification for ride providers. Verification may include: driver's licence, vehicle registration, insurance, business documents, and profile verification. Verification helps improve trust but is not a guarantee of service quality, legality, or future conduct.
