1. About ImmediateRide
ImmediateRide.com is a technology marketplace that connects passengers with independent ride providers. ImmediateRide does not own transportation vehicles, does not employ ride providers, does not directly provide transportation services, and does not guarantee transportation availability.
1A. Legal Entity & Contracting Party
This Passenger Agreement is a legally binding contract between you (the Passenger) and 2-Nice Rideshare & Carpooling Transport Services Inc., a corporation registered in Manitoba, Canada, the legal owner and operator of ImmediateRide.com. The company's registered address is 635 St. James Street, Winnipeg, MB R3G 3R4, Canada. Legal correspondence: legal@immediateride.com.
2. Passenger Eligibility
To use ImmediateRide.com, you must: be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction, provide accurate registration information, and maintain only one personal passenger account unless otherwise authorized.
3. Passenger Account
You agree to: keep your account information accurate, maintain the confidentiality of your password, notify ImmediateRide of any unauthorized access, and be responsible for all activities occurring under your account.
4. Booking Transportation
Passengers may search for transportation by city, full address, airport, or landmark. Ride matching primarily uses: pickup city, destination city, route direction, date, and seat availability.
5. Fair Fare Agreement
ImmediateRide uses a transparent negotiated pricing model. Passengers and ride providers mutually agree on the transportation fare before booking confirmation. Before payment, passengers receive a booking summary showing: agreed transportation fare, ImmediateRide Platform Service Fee, and total amount payable.
6. Payments
All bookings must be paid through ImmediateRide using approved payment methods. Cash payments and off-platform payments are prohibited for bookings initiated through ImmediateRide.
7. Booking Confirmation
A booking becomes confirmed only after fare agreement, booking validation, and successful payment. Until then, no transportation reservation is guaranteed.
8. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers agree to: arrive at the pickup location on time, treat ride providers respectfully, follow applicable laws, wear seat belts where required, avoid behaviour that threatens safety, and provide accurate booking information.
9. Cancellations
Passengers may cancel bookings in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refund eligibility depends on cancellation timing and the circumstances of the booking.
10. No-Shows
Passengers who fail to arrive at the agreed pickup location without reasonable notice may: lose refund eligibility, receive lower trust ratings, and have their account reviewed for repeated no-shows.
11. Communication
Passengers agree to communicate through ImmediateRide's secure messaging and masked calling features. Attempts to move bookings or payments off the platform are prohibited.
12. Safety
Passengers should: verify vehicle details before boarding, meet at the designated pickup location, use the SOS feature in genuine emergencies, and report unsafe behaviour immediately.
13. Reviews
Passengers may leave honest, respectful reviews after completed rides. False, abusive, or defamatory reviews are prohibited.
14. Prohibited Conduct
Passengers must not: harass providers, provide false information, commit fraud, damage vehicles, request illegal transportation services, or share inappropriate or unlawful content through the platform. For the complete rules governing platform use, please read the Acceptable Use Policy.
15. Account Suspension
ImmediateRide may suspend or terminate passenger accounts for: fraud, abuse, repeated policy violations, payment misconduct, safety concerns, or criminal activity related to platform use.
16. Privacy
Passenger information is handled in accordance with the ImmediateRide Privacy Policy. Personal contact details remain protected through the platform's privacy-first communication tools.
17. Limitation of Liability
ImmediateRide provides the technology marketplace only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImmediateRide is not responsible for: provider conduct, vehicle condition, road conditions, traffic delays, personal injury, property damage, or losses arising from transportation services provided by independent ride providers.
18. Changes to this Agreement
ImmediateRide may revise this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
