1. Purpose

This Policy exists to: protect passengers, protect ride providers, prevent fraud, maintain marketplace integrity, promote respectful behaviour, and protect ImmediateRide's systems and reputation.

2. Who Must Follow This Policy

This Policy applies to: passengers, ride providers, visitors, businesses, employees, contractors, partners, and anyone accessing ImmediateRide.com.

3. Acceptable Use

Users are encouraged to use ImmediateRide only for legitimate transportation-related purposes, including: searching for rides, posting transportation services, booking transportation, communicating through platform tools, making secure online payments, managing bookings, leaving genuine reviews, and accessing customer support.

4. Fraud Is Strictly Prohibited

Users must never: create fake accounts, use stolen identities, submit false documents, manipulate bookings, create fake ride requests, create fake ride completions, attempt payment fraud, use stolen payment methods, or commit insurance fraud. Fraud may result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement.

5. Off-Platform Booking Prohibition

ImmediateRide's marketplace is designed to protect both passengers and ride providers. Users must not attempt to: arrange bookings outside ImmediateRide, request cash payments, encourage direct bank transfers, share payment links to bypass the platform, or divert users away from ImmediateRide. Repeated attempts may result in permanent account termination.

6. Communication Rules

Users may not use the platform to: harass others, threaten others, intimidate users, send spam, send scams, promote unrelated products, share offensive material, or upload malicious files. Communication should remain professional at all times.

7. Privacy Protection

Users must not attempt to collect, publish, or misuse another person's: phone number, email address, home address, government ID, banking information, or personal documents.

8. Illegal Activities

ImmediateRide may never be used for: human trafficking, drug trafficking, weapons trafficking, money laundering, terrorism, child exploitation, smuggling, stolen property, organized crime, or any other unlawful purpose. Any suspected criminal activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

9. Misuse of the Platform

Users must not: reverse engineer the platform, attempt unauthorized access, circumvent security measures, upload malware, launch denial-of-service attacks, interfere with platform operations, use bots to manipulate bookings, or scrape data without authorization.

10. Intellectual Property

Do not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit ImmediateRide branding, logos, software, designs, databases, or website content without prior written permission.

11. Reviews

Reviews must be: honest, accurate, respectful, and based on genuine experiences. Users must not: buy reviews, sell reviews, exchange positive ratings, or threaten negative reviews.

12. Vehicle Misrepresentation

Ride providers must never: use misleading vehicle photos, misrepresent seating capacity, misrepresent vehicle condition, or misrepresent licensing or insurance.

13. Safety Obligations

Passengers and ride providers must: respect traffic laws, follow safety instructions, use the SOS feature responsibly, and report unsafe conduct. False emergency reports may result in account suspension.

14. Reporting Violations

Users are encouraged to report: fraud, harassment, unsafe behaviour, fake accounts, payment scams, and policy violations. ImmediateRide investigates reports in good faith.

15. Enforcement

Violations may result in: warning, removal of content, temporary suspension, booking restrictions, payment holds, permanent account termination, or referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

16. Changes to This Policy

ImmediateRide may update this Policy periodically. Updated versions become effective when published on this page.
